How we write our articles
This page explains who writes the articles on this site and how they are checked.
Who writes them
Articles are published by Rapid Air Cooling, an independent service business. We draft them with the help of AI writing tools, working from our own notes and from manufacturer and official sources.
How they are checked
AI tools can state things that sound right but are wrong, so new articles are checked before they appear in search results. Each article says at the end how it was checked.
- Reviewed by a person. A member of our team has read the article line by line and checked its claims against the sources it names. The article shows their name and the date.
- AI fact-check. Specific claims such as error codes, model details, numbers, safety steps and warranty statements have been checked with an AI tool against manufacturer manuals and official Australian sources, and claims that could not be confirmed were corrected or removed. New articles with only this check are kept out of search results until a person has reviewed them.
If an article is edited after it was checked, it is checked again.
Error code meanings can differ between models, so always confirm a code against the manual for your model number before acting on it.
Safety
Our articles are general information. Electrical, refrigerant and gas work must be done by a suitably licensed person.
